For the Who fans on the flist, the Children in Need snippet from the upcoming Christmas Special is now up on YouTube. So, I think it seems pretty clear that he's not actually the next Doctor, because he's too cheesy and also doesn't recognize Ten; therefore, my money's on a conman impersonating him somehow. The new Cyber-Wraith-thingy looks pretty cool though! Not much else to say for a two-minute snippet, except that I want more. D:
