Haha, UI is having a daylong seminar on Hegel and German philosophy next week. I find myself amused that they decided to call it the "Iowa City Hegel Fest." XD
Anyways, on with the Suikoblog. (Notice I now have an icon for it!)
When
lordtravis was over the other day, he asked whether the hero was a boy or a girl. I guess it's true this is the most androgynous Suikohero yet! XD
( In which we meet a man with the bizarre name of Belcoot )
And now a meme from like everyone and their brother:
In Wikipedia type in your birthday with no year, and leave 3 facts, 2 births and a death behind.

1943 - World War II: Operation Gomorrah - The British bomb Hamburg causing a firestorm that kills 42,000 German civilians.
Births:
1929 - Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, First Lady of the United States (d. 1994)

Deaths:
1794 - Maximilien Robespierre, French Revolutionary leader (b. 1758)
1794 - Louis de Saint-Just, French Revolutionary leader (b. 1767)
(I put two because they're the same day and same cause. Also, they just kind of naturally go together.)
Let's Positive Linking!
- The Kingdom Hearts vibrator. (From
jokersama.) One wonders what Disney thinks about this. XD
- An article about willing amputees. (From
naruto_nerd.) Seriously, that is one of the more freaky mental disorders I've seen.
- The Gospel of Judas Iscariot. And more here about it. I'd kinda like to read it~~
- Wizards of the Coast releases a My Little Pony RPG...or not. (From
jantalaimon.) But as far as April Fool's jokes go, that was a pretty good one.
- Man blows off hand by using live 40mm shell paperweight to squash bug. Guess who today's Honorary Darwin Award recipient is! (It has to be honorary because he didn't actually die.)
- An entire site of Brokeback parodies. My favorites are Brokeback Mount Doom (from
dj_jonny_flash) and Brokeback Muppets. XD
- Ancient dentistry more sophisticated, and ancient humans had higher pain threshold, than previously supposed. (From
bshippotemkin.) I still wouldn't let those things anywhere near MY teeth. XD
