http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Cloister_bell I in fact went and looked it up when I saw your post. I recently got the DVD set with Logopolis in it and was curious about it. I noticed what the wiki said and went back to the ep and in fact it is going off. At the time I watched sound of drums I hadn't known of the Cloister bell and just thought it some alarm.
