It's gonna be totally awesome...and if I do end up above you, I can promise I will be a better upstairs neighbor! XD
My lease should start, I imagine, on August 1st...I'm going to see whether I can move in a day earlier, or if not then check with my current landlord to see if I can move later, just so I have at least 1 day of crossover that I can use for an actual moving day. (As opposed to having to move all my stuff...somewhere...on the 31st and then move it from said somewhere to the new place on the 1st, which could get problematic.)
And thanks! I imagine I'll need all the moving help I can get. XD
