In semi-related news, I set up TVersity on my computer so it can act as a media center and stream media to my PS3. So this morning I watched the new ep of Heroes, for the first time ever (well aside from the S1 eps I've watched on DVD) on my HDTV. And it was SWEET. Not only can I watch any video file on my computer on my PS3 - even if it's not in a PS3-supported format (ilu codecs) - but I also have access to my entire music library, which is also kinda awesome.
For those of you without the traditional "media center" systems - PS3/Xbox 360 - note that apparently this also works on the Wii, through the Wii web browser...it automatically converts music and video to Flash files that are playable in the browser itself.
As for my reactions to the Heroes ep? OMG KBELL I LOVE YOU, I DON'T CARE WHAT THE HATERS SAY. YOU WERE AWESOME AS VERONICA MARS AND YOU'RE AWESOME NOW. Srsly, I don't get why so many people hate Kristen Bell - she seems super-nice in interviews and such, and she always plays the most awesomely snarky bitchy characters. Also, so THAT'S where Peter got those electric powers he showed at the beginning of the season - apparently they've had a run-in in the past?
Also suddenly I don't have so many problems with Mohinder and Parkman being practically a gay couple now, because they're both EQUALLY STUPID DUMBFUCKS. Parkman is...well, he's Parkman, so acted dumb as usual in this episode (though the Parkman/Petrelli fight was quality), and I used to think Mohinder was too smart for him but handing Molly over to the Company WHAT YOU MORON. Though I am eager to see what they do next week with Mohinder and Monica (or as I like to call them, "the two Momos"). And seriously, aren't Monica and Micah just too cute together? (In a totally cousinly way, not like THAT, ew. I realize just about every blood relationship on this show has weird incestuous vibes, but aside from that too-long hug last week I haven't noticed anything like that between these two and he's like twelve and I REFUSE TO BELIEVE IT.)
Edit: Also, every time I listen to Silent Hill no Uta my brain BREAKS ALL OVER AGAIN. D: D: D:
