Nocturne is part of the "main" Shin Megami Tensei series; Digital Devil Saga is, like Persona and Devil Summoner, a kind of offshoot of them using the same system and themes.

I'm betting Minato-ku is close to Mikage-cho and Sumaru, the locations of Persona and Persona 2, and I'm also betting we'll get returning character cameos of some sort. :D
