It's Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab (http://www.blackphoenixalchemylab.com), a company that does hand-blended perfume oils which you can use as perfume/cologne or as room scents or anything basically you'd use perfume or essential oils for. Only they're like a zillion times nicer than any other kind of perfume/cologne/scent oils I've found.
All their scents pretty much are named for historical or literary or mythological figures, which is nice. I think it's got quite a following in the Goth community, but the company itself isn't particularly Goth, and even if you're the farthest thing from Goth possible (like, say, ME) there's still plenty to enjoy.
And really, even discounting their entire line of Voodoo and Tarot and Sephiroth oils, where else can you get perfumes named Nyarlathotep or Sacred Whore of Babylon? >D
In fact, they recently (earlier this year) had a limited edition collection of H.P. Lovecraft-inspired perfumes called "Springtime in Arkham." Some of them had great names, like R'lyeh and Shoggoth and Mi-Go Brain Canister. XD
