...which veers from the traditional period costume drama when an alien crash lands and begins to butcher the mannered protags, who suddenly have more than marriage and inheritance to worry about.
So apparently this has become a Real Genre (tm) now, which amuses me ridiculously. (And now in tomorrow's class - our final one on Pride and Prejudice - I have TWO things to tell them about: yesterday's announcement of the Austen zombie movie, and now this. Having just told them about the zombie book on Monday, I think the excitement might possibly be too much for them to bear.)
