"No way!" "Yes way...Appian way!"

Well, today I had to get up at the buttcrack of dawn (a.k.a. 5:15 a.m.) to proctor an engineering exam along with lordtravis. It pays pretty well, and isn't very demanding, but it's still like 12 hours of a Saturday gone. (And certainly if I'd known that our paper deadline was going to be extended till Sunday, I wouldn't have done it...as it is I'm having to finish it up now, weo.)

BUT! It's new Doctor Who day, so that makes everything okay! And to make it even more awesome, they end up in Pompeii on volcano day. :D

...but more importantly, it's DONE and sent off. HALLELUJAH

It would have been done and sent off earlier but I found myself literally writing while drowsing off and coming up with some weird shit last night, so I felt the need to get at least four and a half hours or so of sleep before I returned to it. However, I was hella pissed at my alarm when it went off, since it woke me up in the middle of an awesome dream where I was a companion with the Doctor and Donna on the TARDIS, and Donna and I had become total BFFs and teamed up in affectionately mocking the Doctor for his silly hair and fragile ego. XD

In other news, apparently Kylie Minogue, when pitch-shifted lower, sounds just like Rick Astley. (No, this isn't a rickroll...it's a kylieroll disguised as a rickroll.)

Other things to do today: fill out apartment application so I can drop it off tomorrow, catch up on my backlog of German homework from when I missed on Thursday, and play some Mana-Khemia and watch some Blackadder (since the entire series arrived in the post a few days ago courtesy of a filthy fluffy little bird, and has since proved ENTIRELY RELEVANT TO MY INTERESTS, as expected).

Oh, also, go to the Airliner and get pizza, because today is $1.50 slices day and I am craving me some Airliner pizza. :9
