Huh, weird. I've noticed that I find myself talking about "undergrads" in the same way most people talk about toddlers. Like, "oh, aren't the undergrads cute!" Or "damn undergrads, why can't they go find a different place to hang out and leave me in peace and quiet!"
This is rather disturbing, given that I was an undergrad less than a year ago and don't think I'm particularly mature now. I shouldn't be thinking of people who are quite possibly my age or just slightly younger (or even older, given that more people are taking years off or in general taking extra time to complete their undergrad) as "awww, look at the widdle undergrads." D:

Though I wince for those poor female ducks. Or, I guess, gay uke ducks too. Ow.
- America loses inaugural World Baseball Classic. I guess all the snark we hear from other countries about how America doesn't allow other countries in the "World" Series because we don't want to get our ass whupped is entirely justified. XD
- A funny parody: what would the packaging look like if Microsoft made the iPod? Amusing, and it turns out that apparently it's actually FROM Microsoft, which makes it that much funnier. XD

jantalaimon.) A hilarious bit that's great for all you folks who, like me, were a fan of Nancy Drew as a child. (Before y'all start to question my masculinity, I did read the Hardy Boys books too, but their chum Chet was such an enormous idiot that I got annoyed with them a lot faster.) It's funny how much vocab I originally learned from those series. "Chum," "titian-haired," "delphinium"... XD
Anyway, while it fails to address Ned's latent homosexuality or the fact that Bess and George were totally getting it on (lesbian cousincest!), quite possibly with Nancy as well, it's still pretty funny. Though the entry forgot to mention the Overly-Detailed Description of Nancy's Hair Using Some Highflown Synonym for "Strawberry Blonde"! XD
