Mar. 4th, 2006 11:44 pmIt's the weekend, yay! Tonight
iowayehudit,
lordtravis and
teachingmusic came over and we had a fun evening, chatting and eating and drinking and playing Dance Dance Revolution (which is completely as fun a party game as I thought it would be). And by the end of the evening all three of them were kicking some ass at those songs already. XD
(And we all got a surprising amount of exercise too!)
And as an interesting side effect, my apartment is now halfway clean. It was overdue, though...the last couple weeks were pretty intense work-wise and so what little cleaning maintenance I was doing completely failed. It's nice to have it clean again!
Anyway, next week should be pretty easy - just the normal reading, no papers or anything due. So really, all I have to do tomorrow is finish James Fenimore Cooper's The Prairie (which is currently making me want to die a thousand deaths from the boredom) and Shakespeare's Henry VIII.
I know I promised a post on the Ninja Turtles anime, but I'm still working on getting the screenshots, so it'll probably be tomorrow. In lieu of that, have some X-Men: The Animated Series links (c'mon, y'all know you watched it as a kid!): the opening to the Japanese version ("CRY FOR THE MOOOON") and I'm the Juggernaut, bitch!
