Well, my Original Source shipment came Tuesday evening. Yay! I now actually look forward to taking a shower every morning - how sad is that? I smell really nice when I go in to work, though - like orange and ginger and lemon. <3
While reviewing my Environmental Science notes this morning, I was paging through my notebook and noticed a sketch I did on Monday of Tatsuya Suou that ended up making him look like the third Wilson (brother of Owen and Luke). YES I SUCK AT ART
Today
rathershady showed me the infamous Perfect Hair Forever, which did indeed prove to be as brain-breakingly bizarre as he and
courters28 had claimed. It's an anime parody of sorts, but one that makes you feel like you've consumed rather a large amount of drugs or alcohol beforehand because SERIOUSLY, nothing this weird would be aired on TV - even on Adult Swim, right? Right? (I mean, R.O.D. made more sense when we all actually were three sheets to the wind!) Still, I thought it was hilarious, and I I loved Uncle Grandfather and Belinda ("hamburgers should be high"), and the balloon dancing over the end credits.
This evening we had an event for work - the Revolutionary Knitting Circle, which turned out to be a pretty big success actually. And I did finally learn to knit successfully (though I managed to pull some very special stunts with my knitting, and by special I mean ed). It was a pretty fun evening and I think we should do another one next semester.
I've got tomorrow off (my only plans are driving lessons), so expect Gilgamesh reviews of eps 4-6. :D
(I've actually started this post twice at work over the past couple of days, but I got distracted - at this very moment there's a draft of it sitting on the computer at work just waiting for the "Post Entry" button to be pressed. XD)
