Manga and music

I went to Borders today, and lo and behold, I found that the Suikoden III manga is out! And, misspellings in the original press release notwithstanding, it's actually very well-translated. And I have to say that finally being able to see the Hugo/Fubar backstory is worth the $10 alone. You were right, jokersama - cutest thing EVAR.

(Though I was disappointed that they toned down the Chris/Lilly confrontation for the manga - I think in the in-game newspaper one of them actually threw a drink in the other's face. Still, it was plenty fun...Chris just isn't any good at catfights, she's much better at kick-the-shit-out-of-your-opponent fights.)

And as long as I'm on the Tokyopop web site, I may as well post my thoughts on some of the other new manga series I've been reading.
