Well, haven't done this in a while. (Sparked to do it again by the inimitable [livejournal.com profile] vaulted_eel.) Given that "Yoshitsune" basically gives you all kinds of stuff about Minamoto-no-Yoshitsune, I decided to go with "Yosi." Results I found interesting are bolded.

My stepmom just called me to let me know that my uncle John is doing really poorly - he's been on dialysis for years and it seems like he's gotten pretty bad, since he's stuck on a feeding tube and has fluid in his lungs again. We were planning to go out and visit him this fall - he lives in Vegas - but now it looks like we'll have to go earlier. We're planning on April...I just hope that he's able to last until then. It's sort of odd...my dad was the youngest of the four brothers, and Uncle John is the next youngest. (Actually, everyone expected John to die before my dad.) It's sort of ironic that the two survivors in good health are the two oldest brothers, Uncle Slip and Uncle Tom. x_x

Read the first volume of the new Pita-Ten manga. Seriously, is Misha supposed to be a likable character? Because I found her a grotesquely annoying creature with irritating speech patterns and the brain of a fruit fly. Though I guess there are a lot of folks out there who are all "OMG KAWAIII1!!!1!" Personally, I think she probably doesn't have the brains to wipe her ass; I liked the other girl, the short possessive one. Also read the last volume of Kodocha - good, though I didn't expect to be reading about condoms in a manga about 13-year-olds - and the new volumes of Kare Kano. (And just a couple of months until they start releasing Get Backers and the Suikoden III manga!)
