gogmagogOK, Konami is officially pandering way too much to my tastes. In the fall they're releasing Rhapsodia: Suikoden Tactics in Japan, which appears to be, as it sounds, a Tactics-type (a la Final Fantasy and Ogre) game in the Suikoden world (set in the Island Nations after SIV - more pirates WOOHOO! - and focusing on the menace of Rune Cannons). SARSAdmin from Suikox.com has put together a Flash movie showing a lot of the things that will be featured (including GIGANTONORMOUS SPOILARZ...click at your own risk).
OK, so returning characters confirmed: Kika, Lino, Keneth, Hervey, Akaghi, Mizuki. Why Hervey and not Sigurd?Maybe because Sigurd is too busy putting Helmut in the Venus Set? (Sorry, my perception of SIV has been totally warped by this thing.)
Apparently we'll also be seeing quite a few different things that have only been referred to before: Aldo's fate (;_;), more on the Soul Eater (and Ted, one assumes), the skinny on Brandeau and Edgar, more on Elenor and Cray, Warlock's death...good stuff here, folks. All I know is, this'd BETTER come to the US or there will be hell to pay. (None of this Suikogaiden-denying crap.)
