Also I just saw that article the other day and really want to try it now! Unfortunately I have no pans that would work...I've been eyeing one of those super-nice Le Creuset pans but they're like $200, which I can't really justify. Hopefully I can at least find a nice cheap cast-iron pan or something. D:
