I cried for like half an hour

...goddammit, why is the ending to The Little Prince always so sad? ;_;

The Tatsuya icon is surprisingly appropriate

I know what you mean TT___TT that ending always gets me. (and sadly, not enough people know about the book)

Yeah, I'm surprised at how many people I know who didn't read the book as a kid. I thought it was a pretty standard kids' book!

I have a copy... I've never read it.

And now that I know I'll cry, I most likely won't. It's one of the reasons I stopped reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower

Too Depressing!

No, you should! It's kind of a cathartic crying, I guess? Anyway, it's not entirely sad, it's just...a change.

And who knows, you might not cry! I'm a wuss when it comes to endings like that, so it might just be me. XD;

I nearly cried at the ending of Mother 3 last night. I'm such a pussy. :(

Haha, what a pussy, crying at a videogame!

*looks away innocently and doesn't mention any hypothetical tears that may or may not have occurred at the ending of Final Fantasy X*

Final Fantasy is one thing, but X? You're like Pussyeth the Pussy King. >:D

Ummm... ha ha ha right now I'm tearing up just THINKING about the ending.

I KNOWWWWWW, every time I even think about the ending since I reread it I start to tear up too! Stupid good books, making us cry! D:

There's this adorable student in my elective that cries at the drop of a hat. I mean, we are reading a bunch of tragedies, but you so much as MENTION the end of The Little Prince to her and she tears up. Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close has been a weep fest for her.
