Oh my God, Jerry Falwell died. FINALLY. I feel kind of horrible for being glad someone's dead, but honestly this man? The world is better off without.

But really I'm just sad that it wasn't Fred Phelps.

Thank God someone else is glad he's gone. If not because he's dead, then because the nasty, HATEFUL things he always said and evil he spread will no longer be a part of the earth I inhabit. AND I already had the Fred Phelps conversation today - I will also rejoice when he is gone from this realm. I'm glad you're with me on this Joseph. Great minds . . .

Ah, but did you hear? Fred Phelps is going to be protesting at his funeral too, on grounds that apparently Falwell was "too tolerant."
