PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH
Wow, I can tell I've hit finals paper-writing time, because since I'm at the computer pretty much 24/7 I'm making like 3 gazillion LJ posts a day.
I've been trying to eat healthy for the past week and a half or so, and have actually been doing a pretty good job, all things considered. Today is a lost cause, though, I think, given that my response to the stress of paperwriting is "GOM GOM MUST EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT." In semi-related news, I totally found E.L. Fudge cookies today...I remember them well from childhood, but I didn't think they even made them anymore! :9

But that still does leave quite a lot of healthy things I can eat (at least healthier than pizza, fried chicken strips, and junk food, which is what I've been eating mostly over the past year or so). The easiest meal for me to make healthy was breakfast, which basically involves a can of fruit and/or a bowl of whole-grain cereal, but I've been slowly discovering semi-healthy options for other meals as well.
And honestly, I cheat sometimes on my gut diet anyway - I technically shouldn't have pepperoni, and I DEFINITELY shouldn't have corn or popcorn, but I eat those sometimes anyway. (In fact, I eat pepperoni pretty regularly, heh.) So I guess I realized that if I can make exceptions for unhealthy foods, I should make exceptions for healthy foods as well, and I don't mind doing so for the occasional can of pineapple or healthy high-fiber cereal.
