I never want to hear the phrase "guy with a pie" ever again. x_x
Ow, my brain. Note to self: when Savage Love links to a pornsite, it's probably not the greatest of ideas to visit it just to satisfy your curiosity as to what all the fuss is about. x_x
Also, I ended up taking a readings course on eighteenth and nineteenth-century American literature (with an emphasis on nationalism and periodicals) for my third class. I figured since there was no class on nineteenth-century British periodicals (my proposed specialization area), American ones would do. XD
It's been snowing all evening, though, which I'm less than happy about. See, until I go home this weekend the warmest article of clothing I possess is a hoodie, so I'm not looking forward to traipsing all over campus tomorrow in freezing cold and snow. Why couldn't winter have held out another week or so until I'm equipped to handle it? ;_;

- Pentagon uses white phosphorus in Iraq. They claim that they didn't use it on civilians, but I trust that about as far as I can throw Dick Cheney.
- Congress to take back 9/11 aid from New York. Wow, that seems pretty crappy.
- Church official says Lenin should be buried. I dunno, I think the whole "mummified and out on display" thing is pretty cool. Hey, if it was good enough for Alexander...
