Not to go all pharmacist on your ass, but if you've been taking Aleve for the headache, that could be the reason your stomach is trying to devour itself. Try to take it with food, and if your stomach still hurts - you're gonna have to get yourself some Tylenol. Also, even if you haven't taken the Aleve yet today, if your stomach is bugging you, always take it with food to make sure it doesn't bug you more!
