I actually heard a story on NPR about that version of "I wandered lonely as a cloud". It was made to commemorate the 200th(I think) anniversary of the original printing. I think it is sort of supposed to be an ad for the Lake District in England, the inspiration for the original poem (though the people who came up with it are trying to sell it as a way to get us young'uns interested in poetry, even though it was the tourism board's idea).
